MBH Law First Home Buyers Seminar

Buying your first home can be an exceptionally daunting task! The property team here at MBH Law are often taking calls from prospective first home buyers hoping to obtain that first rung on the property ladder, who need guidance through the process. We pride ourselves on the personable "plain english" service we provide to our clients when it comes to buying their first home.

Therefore, to coincide with Spring, MBH Law will host its debut First Home Buyers Seminar on Thursday 22 September 2016. This is an evening where we will provide a forum to ask those question that all first home buyers have, and to, of course, provide the right answers.

Some examples of frequently asked questions are:

  • Why do I need a solicitor?
  • What does the solicitor actually do in the home buying process?
  • How do I withdraw my Kiwisaver?
  • I need to sign an Agreement for Sale and Purchase, and wish to enter some further terms of sale. What wording do I use?
  • How do I go about fulfilling my due diligence?
  • What happens on settlement day?

We shall have a panel of experts in attendance to pass on their knowledge and ability to provide you with the assistance you require going forward.

Further details will be provided in due course.

To register your attendance please contact Holly Benson at holly.benson@mbhlaw.co.nz.
